The Villa

Due to the open design character of the villa,we have named it Rumah Buka ,which means 'open house'.
The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 guests,but a baby bed is available for a seventh small guest.
 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Rumah Buka has three spacious bedrooms,each with their own bathroom:

• one masterbedroom (on the right side of the floorplan) with a kingsize bed, walk-in closet ,bathroom with toilet, double sink and semi open-air shower;
• a middle bedroom with two single beds, sink, shower and toilet in the corridor;
• one bedroom with kingsize bed ,bathroom with toilet , double sink and semi open-airshower
• all bedrooms are airconditioned and have ceiling fans.

The two outer bathrooms have a semi-open character. You can enjoy the outdoors under the tropical sky showering.Two of the three bedrooms have a safe deposit box.

Livingroom and kitchen

Rumah Buka has a fully equiped kitchen, a pantry, a spacious living room and a loft with lounge seating and large table with chairs. There is a covered terrace of 80 square meters. This terrace is in practice the living room, because you live in Bali outside every day. The terrace has a dining table with chairs, two lounge chairs and a lounge set.

Garden and private pool

The villa is surrounded by a large tropical garden with coconut and other fruit trees like banana, papaya and lime. Across the street you have a nice view on the rice fields and further on year-round growing of grapes that are picked for the famous Balinese Hatten wines.

There is a large lawn with various seating areas. The 'Bale Bengong' ,a covered rest house overlooking the Bali Sea, is the place to relax. In the shade ,enjoying a cooling seabreeze.
The large pool of 6 by 12 meters has a deep and shallow end and is located right on the beach and has a sun terrace with loungers and beach umbrellas.
